 19 hour's weekly @ $12.45/hour but will increase to 30+ hrs. weekly. Duties will be cleaning a small efficiency apartment only 850 sq. Ft. Washing my laundry at either laundromat or you're home cash compensation for this will be provided in additional to the hourly rate to cover cost of detergent and electric and water.
